LEX Diagnostics is a diverse and energetic team of people motivated to redefine point-of-care diagnostics. To that end, we are laser-focussed to launch our first product: an ultra fast PCR test.

Our team and the culture we embody are our greatest assets. Our decisions are driven by customer needs, not technological interest. Our people believe in compromising their technical area for the greater good of the product. Working at a startup has its own specific challenges; we display resilience and grit, and approach challenges with a sense of urgency. We recognise and celebrate success as a team because we all contribute to technical areas that are not always our own.

If you are passionate about changing healthcare, tackling difficult technical challenges and working with a collaborative team, please see our active roles below or contact us with a CV and Cover Letter.

We are looking to fill the following positions and welcome direct applications from people with skills and experience in the following areas:

Embedded Software Engineer
Imagine building software that directly shapes a breakthrough point of care diagnostic device, and then seeing it roll off a manufacturing line you helped prepare, for the first time. If that sounds exciting, you might be the Embedded Software Engineer we’re looking for.
Office Administrator (Maternity Cover)
At LEX Diagnostics, we’re scaling up, and we’re looking for an Office Administrator who enjoys bringing order to complexity and supporting people to do their best work. Whether you’re already an experienced Administrator or someone ready to grow into a broader support role, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a business on an exciting growth journey.
Head of Electronics
As our new Head of Electronics, you’ll join our collaborative Engineering team, reporting directly to the VP Engineering. This is a hands on, impact driven role where you’ll guide the design, development and delivery of electronics that our diagnostic systems.
